Abstract guidelines

Abstract Submission Instructions

All registered participants who have completed payment may submit an abstract for a poster presentation. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. Accepted abstracts will be published in the online Book of Abstracts. The deadline for abstract submission is 31 May 2026.


Abstract Submission Guidelines

After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the abstract submission form. In the abstract submission form, you will need to fill in the following fields:

  • Add the title of your abstract in the Subject/Title field.
  • In the Authors section, enter the first and last names of each author. Please indicate the main author.
  • In the Affiliation and Address section, provide the full address for all authors.
  • Paste the abstract text into the Abstract Content field.
  • In the References section, add the relevant link(s).
  • Click Submit to complete your submission.

All spelling, grammar, and scientific errors will be reproduced exactly as submitted by the author.
