Abstract Submission Instructions
Abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission Form available on the website below. You can submit an abstract without registration. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 May 2026. The acceptance decision for the abstract will be provided by June 15. Accepted summaries will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.
After your abstract is accepted, you will need to register and pay the registration fee by July 15.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the abstract submission form. In the abstract submission form, you will need to fill in the following fields:
- Specify the Section of your abstract.
- Add E-mail and First Name, Last Name, that was used during registration. This address will be used for all future communications.
- In the Authors section, enter the main author and co-author names.
- In the Affiliation and Address section, provide the full address for all authors.
- Add the title of your abstract in the Abstract title field.
- Paste the abstract text into the Abstract Content field.
- In the References section, add the relevant link(s).
- Click Submit to complete your abstract.
All spelling, grammar, and scientific errors will be reproduced exactly as submitted by the author.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster size is A0 - nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape).
A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and announced to the first author after the abstract is accepted. Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters during the symposium.
