Participation fee

Fees are always presented inclusive of VAT.

A participation fee will be required to attend the Enamine Drug Discovery conference. The participant fills out the registration form and pays online for the participation fee according to the selected type, the Gala Dinner option (yes or no), and registration date (Earlybird or Standard). Payment of the participation fee entitles you to attend the four-day event, including access to all sessions, coffee breaks.

The participation fee for students – 300 EUR (including VAT) until May 31, 2026. After May 31, 2026 – 500 EUR (including VAT).

The participation fee for academics – 700 EUR (including VAT) until May 31, 2026. After May 31, 2026 – 1,200 EUR (including VAT).

The participation fee for industry affiliated– 1,200 EUR (including VAT) until May 31, 2026. After May 31, 2026 – 2,000 EUR (including VAT).

The Gala Dinner for all participants is 75 EUR (including VAT) until September 23, 2026.

Enamine LV, SIA is not responsible for any bank transaction costs.

Enamine LV, SIA cannot be held accountable for any costs incurred before your registration is final and confirmed.

Enamine LV, SIA does not cover any accommodation or travel costs for your participation in this event.
A registration confirmation email and an invoice with proof of payment will be sent after payment. The email will contain a link to the abstract submission form. The abstracts will be reviewed by our Scientific Committee and either accepted or rejected (no later than May 31).

Cancellation policy

Substitutions may be made at any time by advising enamine-conferences@enamine.net of any name change. Cancellations should be sent by written notice to the Symposium Secretariat, and cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• Cancellation notice prior to 60 days before the start of the event: registration fees will be refunded, less €125,00 processing charges (these charges are reduced to 40% of the payment in case the registration fee is less than €125,00)
• Cancellation notice between 60 days and 30 days prior to the start of the event: 50% of the registration fees will be due, with a minimum of €125,00 (except when the registration fee is less than €125,00)
• Cancellation notice less than 30 days before the start of the event: no cancellation refund can be given

Program

Statements made by speakers are their own opinion and not necessarily that of the organization they represent, nor of the organizers. Speakers and agendas are subject to change without prior notice; however, every effort will be made by the organizers to minimize any inconveniences of this type. Audiovisual taping is prohibited without prior written consent from the organizers.

Image and Video Consent Notice

During the event, the organizers may take photographs and record video materials for future promotional purposes. By attending the conference, you consent to the use of such images without requiring additional approval and waive any related rights. Please note that taking photos of presentations displayed on the screen is strictly prohibited.

Liability and Insurance

Organizers will not assume any responsibility for any damage or injury to people or property that may occur during the symposium. Participants are recommended to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.

Organizers will not be liable for reimbursing travel costs or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Data Sharing

By submitting your registration, you consent to Enamine LV, SIA sharing your personal data with (i)Enamine LV, SIA, (ii)Enamine Ltd., and (iii)registration platform supplier (MITTO), solely for the purposes of processing your participation and providing you with relevant event updates.
